	Nicola Francia - ACEPI Chairman UniCredit
	Nicola Francia, graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan, has a long professional experience in the financial markets between Milan and London. Since 2023 he has been in the Investment Department of UniCredit and deals with investment strategies, portfolio management and consulting. From 2015 to 2022 he held growing roles in the distribution of investment products on the primary market, stock exchange listing and brokerage for the European market of the Global Markets division. Previously he was Head of Private Investor Products for Italy for Abn Amro and European Head of Listed Products for Royal Bank of Scotland. Among the founders of ACEPI, in December 2006, he served as board member until 2014 and, since 2019, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board in ACEPI and is a member of the Board of Directors of EUSIPA.
	Alessandra Annoni - ACEPI board member Intesa Sanpaolo - IMI
	Alessandra Annoni is responsible for the Investment & Listed Products Sales team for structured investment products , in particular, she deals with the distribution of investment products on the primary market and direct listing on the main European exchanges. Alessandra began her career at Citigroup where she was Sales & Marketing Manager for Equity Derivatives.
	Fabio De Zordo - ACEPI board member Unicredit
	Fabio De Zordo is global head of Equity and Brokerage Trading at Unicredit. He joined the Unicredit group in 1999, after graduating in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets from Bocconi University in Milan, becoming member of the team that launched the first warrants and certificates listed in Italy and founded TradingLab, a bank specializing in the creation of investment products for retail customers. He subsequently held various roles with european responsibility in the trading and structuring area of cross asset derivative products for retail and institutional customers. He was one of the founders of ACEPI, in December 2006, holding the position of member of the board of directors for several years.
	Jacopo Fiaschini - ACEPI board member Vontobel
	Jacopo Fiaschini joined Vontobel in 2021 to manage and develop the Italian Market of Structured Products after spending more than three years at Certificati e Derivati, the Italian reference point for information and education on Structured Products since 2006. In Certificati e Derivati, after completing his Internship, he was first responsible for the Financial Advisory Networks Relationships and after that, he was appointed as Head of Certificati e Derivati Analysis Team. This experience, together with his academic background started in Perugia with a BSc in Financial Markets and Intermediaries and completed with a MSc in Finance at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome allowed him to acquire a deep knowledge of Financial Markets and Structured Products.
	Alessandro Garufi - ACEPI board member Banco BPM
	Alessandro Garufi is currently responsible for the Equity Derivatives and Structured Products team within the Banco BPM Group Finance Division. Graduated cum laude In Economics and Business at the University of Florence, he began his professional experience in 1997 in the group Cariplo. He then continued his experience as a trader in equity derivatives first in TradingLab Banca (Unicredit Group) and, since 2001, in MPS Finance (Gruppo Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena). Since 2004, he joined Gruppo Banco BPM where he deals with trading, pricing and structuring of derivatives including certificates and other securitized products. His experience in the group began first at Banca Aletti as head of the Equity Structured Products team, then, from September 2018, at Banca Akros as head of the Structuring and Financial Engineering team.
	Nevia Gregorini - ACEPI board member BNP Paribas CIB
	Master degree in Economics at Università of Bologna and postgraduate qualification at University College Dublin, Ireland, Nevia Gregorini worked as advisor for Andersen Consulting/Accenture from 2000 until 2004 for Financial Services and Telecommunication, partecipating to Marketing & Developmant projects. In 2004 she joined Marketing Office of Vodafone, where she contributed to dovelop the internet channel and advanced payment services. In January 2007 she came back to financial industry, joining Banca IMI as Marketing Responsable, for investment certificates and ETFs developing. In January 2008 she joined BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, where is Head of Exchange Traded Solutions.
	Costanza Mannocchi - ACEPI Board Member Société Générale S.A.
	Since 2004, Costanza Mannocchi works for Societe Generale within the team in charge of Italian Listed Products. During the years she covered different roles within the team and oversaw marketing activities for Lyxor ETFs in Italy. She is now focusing on new projects and, over the recent period, she took care of the listing of first Daily Leverage Certificates in Italy and of a range of SG ETCs/ETNs. She is graduated in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets at Università L. Bocconi in Milan.
	Andrea Mereta - ACEPI Board Member Gruppo BPER
	Entered into service in 1988 at the Istituto Bancario San Paolo of Turin and graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Genoa in 1995, Andrea Mereta (54 years old) developed his experience as financial adviser in the “High Assets and High Incomes” unit from 1994 to 1998 and then as private banker from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, he joined the Wealth Management & Private Banking Team of UBS Italia (UBS AG Group), where he further developed his professional skills in the analysis and offer of alternative investment solutions and of structured finance products. In 2009, he joined Banca Cesare Ponti (Banca Carige Group) as Senior Private Banker and Wealth Manager, participating in the development of the new branch for Genoa and for Liguria and supporting the Group’s private banking consultants in the activities of portfolio analysis and reallocation. After almost a year in the Investor Relations & Research Team of Banca Carige, as of 6 December 2021 he is Head of the Certificates Office of Banca Cesare Ponti.
	Roberto Romeo - ACEPI Board member Mediobanca
	Roberto Romeo began his professional career in 1997 in Citibank and subsequently joined Tradinglab Banca (Unicredit Group) on the Warrant and Equity Derivatives trading desk. From 2004 to 2008 he worked for Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Trading X-markets Italy. Mr. Romeo joined Mediobanca in July 2008 as a Managing Director of Capital Market Solutions, Head of Equity Derivatives Trading. In July 2019 he was nominated Head of Equity Trading and Structuring into Mediobanca Markets Division, leading a team of twenty people. He holds a Degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica in Milan.
