Nicola Francia, graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan, has a long professional experience in the financial markets between Milan and London. Since 2023 he has been in the Investment Department of UniCredit and deals with investment strategies, portfolio management and consulting. From 2015 to 2022 he held growing roles in the distribution of investment products on the primary market, stock exchange listing and brokerage for the European market of the Global Markets division. Previously he was Head of Private Investor Products for Italy for Abn Amro and European Head of Listed Products for Royal Bank of Scotland. Among the founders of ACEPI, in December 2006, he served as board member until 2014 and, since 2019, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board in ACEPI and is a member of the Board of Directors of EUSIPA. | |

Jacopo Fiaschini joined Vontobel in 2021 to manage and develop the Italian Market of Structured Products after spending more than three years at Certificati e Derivati, the Italian reference point for information and education on Structured Products since 2006. In Certificati e Derivati, after completing his Internship, he was first responsible for the Financial Advisory Networks Relationships and after that, he was appointed as Head of Certificati e Derivati Analysis Team. This experience, together with his academic background started in Perugia with a BSc in Financial Markets and Intermediaries and completed with a MSc in Finance at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome allowed him to acquire a deep knowledge of Financial Markets and Structured Products. | |

Alessandro Garufi is currently responsible for the Equity Derivatives and Structured Products team within the Banco BPM Group Finance Division. Graduated cum laude In Economics and Business at the University of Florence, he began his professional experience in 1997 in the group Cariplo. He then continued his experience as a trader in equity derivatives first in TradingLab Banca (Unicredit Group) and, since 2001, in MPS Finance (Gruppo Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena). Since 2004, he joined Gruppo Banco BPM where he deals with trading, pricing and structuring of derivatives including certificates and other securitized products. His experience in the group began first at Banca Aletti as head of the Equity Structured Products team, then, from September 2018, at Banca Akros as head of the Structuring and Financial Engineering team. | |

Entered into service in 1988 at the Istituto Bancario San Paolo of Turin and graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Genoa in 1995, Andrea Mereta (54 years old) developed his experience as financial adviser in the “High Assets and High Incomes” unit from 1994 to 1998 and then as private banker from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, he joined the Wealth Management & Private Banking Team of UBS Italia (UBS AG Group), where he further developed his professional skills in the analysis and offer of alternative investment solutions and of structured finance products. In 2009, he joined Banca Cesare Ponti (Banca Carige Group) as Senior Private Banker and Wealth Manager, participating in the development of the new branch for Genoa and for Liguria and supporting the Group’s private banking consultants in the activities of portfolio analysis and reallocation. Roberto Romeo began his professional career in 1997 in Citibank and subsequently joined Tradinglab Banca (Unicredit Group) on the Warrant and Equity Derivatives trading desk. From 2004 to 2008 he worked for Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Trading X-markets Italy. Mr. Romeo joined Mediobanca in July 2008 as a Managing Director of Capital Market Solutions, Head of Equity Derivatives Trading. In July 2019 he was nominated Head of Equity Trading and Structuring into Mediobanca Markets Division, leading a team of twenty people. He holds a Degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica in Milan. |
