In order to properly manage the entry and exit of a certificate position, an investor needs to understand the sensitivity of the instrument’s price to variables such as market volatility, the time range to maturity and the underlying price.
During the life of the instrument in the portfolio, the investor shall understand the risks and opportunities of that position and manage them with appropriate choices based on knowledge of the product’s behaviour with respect to those variables.
