Nicola Francia is graduated at the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan and started his career in Caboto Holding sim. Then he worked in London for Abn Amro as Private Investor Products Responsible for Italy and for RBS as European Responsible of listed products. After a short period in BNP Paribas, after the acquiring of Investment Products of RBS, starting from January 2015 he works for UniCredit, where he has held positions of responsibility in the distribution of the products of the markets division. From 2020 he was responsible for Private Investor Products for Italy, developing the distribution of investment products on primary market, listing in the stock exchange and brokerage activity on Eurpean market. Since January 2023 he is in the Investment Department of UniCredit SpA and deals with investment strategies, asset management and advisory for large assets. In addition to being one of the founders of ACEPI, in December 2006, he held the position of member of the board of directors until 2014. Since 2019 he is chairman of the Association. | |

He then moved to UniCredit Group where he contributed to the establishment and development of TradingLab, a wholesale bank specializing in trading, structuring and distribution of investment products for retail customers, with the role of Head of Sales. Since 2005 in Banca Aletti, Private & Investment Bank of Banco Popolare Group, he is responsible for Corporate and Institutional Sales and contributes to the launch and development of the Investment Certificates business. Entered into service in 1988 at the Istituto Bancario San Paolo of Turin and graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Genoa in 1995, Andrea Mereta (54 years old) developed his experience as financial adviser in the “High Assets and High Incomes” unit from 1994 to 1998 and then as private banker from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, he joined the Wealth Management & Private Banking Team of UBS Italia (UBS AG Group), where he further developed his professional skills in the analysis and offer of alternative investment solutions and of structured finance products. In 2009, he joined Banca Cesare Ponti (Banca Carige Group) as Senior Private Banker and Wealth Manager, participating in the development of the new branch for Genoa and for Liguria and supporting the Group’s private banking consultants in the activities of portfolio analysis and reallocation. After almost a year in the Investor Relations & Research Team of Banca Carige, as of 6 December 2021 he is Head of the Certificates Office of Banca Cesare Ponti. | |

Roberto Romeo began his professional career in 1997 in Citibank and subsequently joined Tradinglab Banca (Unicredit Group) on the Warrant and Equity Derivatives trading desk. From 2004 to 2008 he worked for Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Trading X-markets Italy. Mr. Romeo joined Mediobanca in July 2008 as a Managing Director of Capital Market Solutions, Head of Equity Derivatives Trading. In July 2019 he was nominated Head of Equity Trading and Structuring into Mediobanca Markets Division, leading a team of twenty people. He holds a Degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica in Milan. |
