Head of Legal Italy BNP Paribas CIBLawyer, LL.M. at Università La Sapienza, Master of Laws in International and Comparative Business Law in London, starting from 2009 is Head of Legal di BNP Paribas/BNL - Corporate & Investment Banking and from 2020 Head of Structured Securities Continental Europe. Previously Dario worked with international law firms in Italy (Clifford Chance) and in London (Dewey & LeBeouf), initially as associate then as partner. Actually is board member of companies operating in bank industry and from 2012 to 2018 was Chairman of ACEPI and is EUSIPA (European Structured Products Association) board member.
